When will I receive my products?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours of receipt. Standard shipping takes about 3–5 business days in transit, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, orders can’t be changed nor cancelled once they’ve been processed or shipped.
What if my package is late, damaged, or missing?
dear miss gina isn’t responsible for situations outside our control. Once your package ships, any delays, damages, or missing packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please review their policies or contact them directly to file a claim.
Does you ship internationally?
For now, dear miss gina ships only within the USA.
Can I return a product?
For the safety and integrity of our products, we do not accept returns nor issue cash refunds. You can request a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Store credit never expires and applies to the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable). Please email gina@dearmissgina.com.
CanI exchange a product?
Please email gina@dearmissgina.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll provide instructions. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, regardless of any promotional shipping offers or the original order value.
What’s the difference between “vulva” and “vagina”?
The vulva is the external female genitalia—it’s everything you can see on the outside of the body. The vagina is the internal canal that connects the vulva (the outside) to the cervix (the opening of the uterus). dear miss gina products are for external use only—never use them inside the vagina!
What does "pH balance"actually mean?
Your skin is naturally acidic — especially your vulva with a pH between 3.8 and 4.5. This sweet spot or "balance" keeps good bacteria thriving and bad bacteria in check.
Why is pH balance so important?
